About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a major transformation. You’ll be responsible for designing and embedding change management strategies, ensuring that leaders, employees, and customers are fully prepared to embrace change initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll drive engagement, communication, and readiness across a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and lead an enterprise-wide change management strategy
✔️ Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability across the organisation
✔️ Oversee user acceptance testing, training, and impact assessments
✔️ Ensure smooth transition of change initiatives into business-as-usual operations
✔️ Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption
✔️ Manage team resources, budgets, and capacity planning
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Extensive experience in Enterprise Change Management
🔹 Proven leadership of large teams and complex change portfolios
🔹 Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholder engagement
🔹 Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR)
🔹 Agile or Project/Programme Management certification is desirable
