Are you an experienced and qualified or part qualified ACA or ACCA professional looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client, based in Northwich, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Assistant Manager to join their team.
Job Summary:
* Review audit planning and fieldwork
* Complete audit files.
* Train and develop staff.
* Raise notes.
* Handle ad-hoc assignments such as cash flow forecasts and hands-on assistance with audit assignments.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Oversee the workflow of the department.
* Ensure timely meeting of client, Companies House, and HMRC deadlines.
* Review financial statements for charities and SMEs.
Desired Skills:
* Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified or nearly qualification
* Strong communication skills with confidence in client interactions.
* Competency in using Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in using Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, CCH AP, and CCH AA (but not essential; full training provided).
* Attention to detail.
