About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer with a proven track record of delivering impactful CI projects. This is not just about providing technical support-it's about taking the lead and driving projects that result in meaningful improvements across our manufacturing processes.
You will be joining a well-established manufacturing organisation, and we are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) projects across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing process and implement solutions.
Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve processes, and optimize operations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, ensuring that CI initiatives meet objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in delivering CI projects within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar role-this is not suitable for recent graduates.
Strong knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other related tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive mindset, capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions effectively.
