The Role: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and handling guest enquiries with efficiency and warmth.
