This role focuses on paid media (e.g., Google Ads), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and personalized digital marketing strategies across search, email, and SMS. You will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in performance marketing, and a proven track record of increasing traffic and conversions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTraffic & Conversion Optimization\n\nPlan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms.\nAnalyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and optimize landing pages.\nImplement A/B testing to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.Personalized Campaign Management\n\nDevelop and execute segmentation and remarketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.\nManage cross-channel campaigns, including PPC, email, and SMS, ensuring personalization and high performance.\nMonitor and adjust campaign strategies in real-time to maximize ROI and lower CPA.Analytics & Performance Reporting\n\nUtilize Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance.\nGenerate data-driven reports on ad spend, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).\nProvide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efficiency.
