PURPOSE The Clinical Support Specialist will focus on growing the business through the education and training both internally and externally within the region, to assist in the retention of large Trust groups, Homecare organizations and other clinical departments that require an understanding of the products supplied by Eitan Medical. The ability to provide successful solutions to facilitate in the education of the full Eitan Medical product portfolio and share the vision of the company. The Clinical Support Specialist will work with customers to assist with improved patient outcomes and improved efficiencies and safety, will build excellent customer relationships, provide a first-class customer experience and work to become the supplier of choice through education and training. Main Role And Responsibilities Ensure patients are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are acted upon Maintain efficient and effective management of a caseload Develop and maintain supportive relationships with referrers within the UK according to the needs of t he service Deliver specialist infusion education and training associated with all Eitan Medical products within the NHS, Homecare organisations and other clinical departments that require to understand the products supplied by Eitan Medical Ensure all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up-to-date Work alongside the Business Developmen Managers (BDM), our potential customers and the decision makers within the organization, up to and including board members of NHS Trusts and private organisations promoting education and training opportunities to be offered Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends Identify and access key senior market opinion leaders to develop the infusion agenda in line with the sales & marketing strategy Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators as appropriate when training and educating customers Maintain a high level of competency and ability to train on all products. KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES To implement new educational and training plans for customers either bespoke or generic Demonstarte competency of all Eitan Medical products Successful implementation of customer products efficiently in collaboration with the BDM’s Requirements: At least 5 years clinical education experience, gained within a healthcare environment Has held / holds a qualified nursing registration certificate Ability to work independently producing the relevant materials nessaccary for the role Evidence of building a successful entrepreneurial partnership or idea and show completion Demonstration of managing a complex and broad stakeholder group.
