Job summary The Integration & Transformation Team (ITT) at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to support the delivery of strategic and transformation priorities for Bedfordshire Hospitals. Through effective stakeholder engagement, organisation and project coordination this role will support the development and delivery of the Trust's clinical strategy, large scale transformation projects and also work with service line teams on improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone who is excellent at building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, who will ensure projects have a sound improvement methodology and approach and from this develop clear proposals and deliverable plans. Work with a range of stakeholders including leadership teams, clinicians, key support functions, patients and other colleagues (internal and external) to support clinical strategy development and transformation programmes and projects. Support Clinical Service Lines to transform services to deliver high quality, patient centred care with optimal use of human and financial resources, by providing information and modelling of service improvements.
