Your new role As Facilities Manager, you are leading a small team in the maintenance and upgrade of all plant facilities that supports the production process. This can range from identifying and delivering improvements to leading the contractors on site related to facilities. You will be instrumental in energy related projects, new equipment installations and successful management of costs for the department. What you'll need to succeed This is a huge manufacturing plant, so experience in a similar environment and exposure to the equipment would be essential. You will have lead/supervised colleagues in a previous role, have exposure to dealing with contractors and have completed at least an HND in engineering OR Building Services qualification What you'll get in return The company invests in people and processes and your career will benefit from this positive approach.
