Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Valuer to join our client’s sales team. As a Valuer, you will play a key role in the agency's success by accurately assessing the value of high-end properties and providing expert advice to clients. You will be responsible for conducting property valuations and market analyses to determine optimal pricing strategies and maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential properties, considering market trends, property features, and comparable sales data. Collaborate closely with sales agents to develop pricing strategies that align with client objectives and market conditions. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property valuation, market trends, and investment opportunities. Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process. Stay up to date with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting property valuation and sales. Requirements: Proven experience as a Valuer within the property industry. In-depth knowledge of property valuation methods, market analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate valuation findings and recommendations effectively. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results. Professional demeanour, integrity, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service. Relevant professional qualifications and certifications (e.g., MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer) preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools used for property valuation and market analysis. Full UK Driving License & Own Transport
