Job Description:
Due to expansion, we are currently looking for a Tax Administration Assistant to support our Tax team in a number of ways. Your role will include the following:
1. Assisting the tax team with all administration duties, for example:
1. Producing letters
2. Sending tax compliance documentation to clients
3. Tracking deadlines
4. Chasing clients for missing information or document return
5. Uploading documents to our secure client portal for client approval
6. Billing
7. Ensuring practice databases are complete and accurate
8. Preparing mail merges
9. Communicating with clients and team managers - in person, verbally, and in written form
2. Offer other support to our wider admin team as and when necessary
Profile
You will:
1. Be proficient in using a computer especially Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, etc.
2. Have great time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
3. Be able to follow instructions in a proactive and efficient manner
4. Able to work under pressure
5. Be passionate about offering a high-quality service to clients
6. Be friendly, and able to communicate clearly to both your colleagues and clients.
