3rd Line IT Support Engineer – Stoke - £45,000
They are at the forefront of technology and are looking to use a large round of investment to bring in top talent to their ranks.
You will act as a focal point of the IT Support team, providing expert support to both internal staff and clients.
In this position, you will be tasked with carrying out system administration tasks, such as configuration and optimisation of internal servers, databases and any other integral parts of the IT Infrastructure.
It will be expected that you can provide accurate and up to date documentation and produce troubleshooting guides, helping to mentor and educate junior members of staff.
Expertise in troubleshooting issues for Windows and Linux operating systems.
A strong understanding of network topologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s and Firewalls.
