Truline is seeking a highly organised and detail-orientedFleet & Reporting Administratorto join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and information systems, ensuring seamless operations and providing crucial support to our senior management, regional transport managers, and external customers.
Objective:
To implement and maintain comprehensive, effective administrative and information systems which meet the team/business-specific requirements. To provide central support to Truline Senior Management, Regional Transport managers, transport hubs and external customers. The central support function will be key to help deliver the operational service across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Reporting:
2. Updating databases and internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Producing daily performance reports, management reports, and assisting with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) production.
4. Fuel monitoring & reporting including Fuel Card control.
