As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for strategic decision-making regarding resource allocation and operational efficiency. A professional Social Work qualification (e.g., Dip.SW, CQSW, CSS) and current GSCC Registration (essential).
* Management qualification or NVQ equivalent (desirable).
* Proven experience in children and families fieldwork and substantial management experience, including budget control, staff supervision, and service development.
Skills and Knowledge:
* In-depth knowledge of The Children Act 1989, relevant regulations, and guidance.
* Expertise in child care services, team management, and local government policies on staffing.
* Ability to utilize information technology and ICS, with strong action-planning and organizational skills.
