What you will do:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop intervention plans for children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
2. Work collaboratively with professionals from other agencies to provide holistic support for children and their families.
3. Uphold and apply knowledge of current childcare legislation, guidance, and regulations in day-to-day activities.
4. Demonstrate excellent liaison and negotiation skills with other agencies to advocate on behalf of children and families.
5. Manage your own caseload, taking responsibility for prioritising tasks and responding to unexpected situations independently.
6. Provide detailed reports and recommendations at case conferences and court appearances, supporting decision-making processes.
