The Recpool Group are currently looking for experienced internal sales/onboarding specialists, on behalf of our Liverpool city centre based client, who is a specialist broker representing multiple brands within the UK umbrella payroll sector.
Our client is looking to add to the already experienced sales and development team by offering an amazing opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales/Client Relationship Manager to join my client working from their prestigious offices in Liverpool city centre.
The role focuses on being the first point of contact for contractors who have been directed to the broker by their recruitment agencies, where using your relationship and development skillset, would then promote the best suited umbrella payroll brand from the list of those represented by the broker, then guide the candidates through the full onboarding process via telephone and email based activity to ensure each candidate is legally compliant and fully registered on the company software.
The role is office based working Monday-Friday on a bi-weekly rotating shift pattern and 10:00-18:00 with a starting base salary of £27,000 per annum plus commission.
Main responsibilities:
1. Making high volume outbound calls and email-based activity to generate relationships with agency contractors and recruitment agencies
2. Manage a client base of agency contractors generated from recruitment agency relationships and word of mouth referrals
3. Ensure exceptional customer service
4. Occasional client meetings and hospitality as required
5. To work to a strategy for new business development with the Key Account Manager & Regional Sales Manager
6. To seek new agency relationships outside of current account base
7. Identify specific vertical markets that work with the target contractor population
8. To work on additional projects and opportunities as directed by the Key Account Manager & Regional Sales Manager
9. To provide verbal and written communication about our products and services to agencies. Utilise social media such as LinkedIn where appropriate
10. To maintain a record of prospective accounts, record account profile information and activity on the Sales CRM.
Minimum requirements:
1. Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
2. Previous experience working in an office environment with fast, high-volume work
3. Track record of working towards and achieving sales KPI’s.
4. Ability to understand and gain full knowledge of specialised products in order to sell to clients
5. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including email-based marketing, cold/warm calling etc)
6. Industry knowledge would be preferable (payroll, umbrella or finance), however extensive training will be provided.
7. A background or knowledge in temporary recruitment would be a bonus.
