Job Description: Position : Service Engineer - Terex Washing Systems Location : Dungannon Reporting to : TWS Installations & Commissions Manager The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing a first class service to our dealers and customers worldwide through the installation, commissioning and servicing of TWS equipment, as well as providing technical assistance, parts support and training on our products. Main Duties & Responsibilities Work as part of a dedicated team delivering first class service to dealers and customers. Provide technical support to the Global on Terex Washing Systems Dealer Network. Carry out maintenance and servicing on Terex Washing Systems machinery. Cooperate with Product Group Engineers to develop performance and test criteria for new products and product upgrades. Investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner. Research and respond to customer enquiries on parts, in conjunction with the Parts Department. Travelling extensively world wide to locations of dealers and customers. Experience & Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years technical service maintenance experience, preferably within the materials processing industry. Good general mechanical and electrical maintenance skills. Working knowledge of Diesel-Hydraulic and Electro-Hydraulic systems. Ability to read drawings and technical publications. Ability to weld would advantageous. Ability to work effectively across a range of cultures. A valid clean drivers licence and passport. Computer literacy and experience in the use of Microsoft Office. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A “Can do” attitude and ability to interact with a multi-functional team.
