Account Operations Specialist, EU 3P Export

Today more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made from third party sellers. Our customers can choose from more than 100 million distinct products on Amazon. That vast choice is only possible because of the many entrepreneurial, third-party businesses who offer their products on the Amazon Marketplace.
Your role will be focused on contributing to business growth through building Selling Partner relationships, performing business & data evaluation & analytics; providing operations support to our Account Management team, and building process improvements in how we gather and use our data. In addition, you will drive various fast-paced projects and initiatives across the organization and locales and improve both sellers’ and customers’ experience.
Key job responsibilities:
• Help selling partners recognize further potential and support them to grow their businesses internationally.
• Support the Account Management team with data validation, troubleshooting defects, and constructing mechanisms to monitor and track performance and quality of our work.
Success in this role requires a strong ability to analyze and drive data while maintaining a strategic business mindset to support sellers in unlocking growth opportunities through identified levers. You must be proactive, capable of quick decision-making, and adept at designing and leading scalable, impactful solutions that drive results.
Key job responsibilities:
• Supports Sellers growth by engaging Sellers and pitching Sellers on different growth levers.
• Supports the EU Export Account Management Team, identifying defect trends and raising improvement suggestions (i.e. building or improving existing reporting tools/mechanisms).
• Demonstrates high attention to detail, with a data-driven approach.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, business administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong Excel skills (V-Look Up, Pivots, high volume of data validation, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with troubleshooting raised in CRM
- SQL fluency is an advantage
- Proven quantitative analytical capability and project management skills in addition to being customer-focused, extremely detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
