2024 is continuing to provide sustainable growth within OCU Group. Due to this continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join OCU Integrum (Part of the OCU Group) in our Leeds office.
The Project Administrator will coordinate and assist the efforts of the Operations teams involved in the execution of specified projects, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that all project processes and functions are supported to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain project action log including proactive action updates.
2. Liaise with ground workers regarding job packs, timesheets, overtime and general queries.
3. Ordering plant and material from internal and external suppliers, arranging transport if required and liaising with plant desk if repairs/replacements are necessary.
4. Control of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, project files, standards library, design log, and other project-related documentation.
5. Issue and maintain site start-up packs for contracts.
6. Prepare documents for close-out of contract meetings and submit documents to client as required.
7. Arranging services, MOT's and generic fleet queries.
8. Liaise with the Plant and Transport department.
9. Checking that all vehicles are allocated to the correct contract.
10. Ensure general health and safety is maintained and project-related administration duties are carried out in line with the Business Management System as and when required.
11. General duties for example: photocopying and scanning and any other ad hoc assistance as required by the company.
Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
2. Independent and proactive with a positive and can-do attitude.
3. Ability to positively and professionally engage with all levels of seniority internally and externally.
4. Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations.
