Key Responsibilities: Assist the Community Neurodevelopmental Paediatric Team by providing high-quality clinic facilitation services within the Childrens community outpatient setting, ensuring the smooth running of outpatient clinics and meeting the needs of children and their families. This includes liaising with appropriate staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Obtain childrens growth measurements and relevant observations to support clinical decision-making. Work independently without direct supervision from qualified staff, while maintaining the ability to escalate any concerns as needed. Develop and maintain strong management, organisational, and time-management skills. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are upheld throughout the care process. Monitor and ensure patient satisfaction, proactively addressing and managing any issues that arise .
