The Night Auditor is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the hotel's front desk. This role includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, maintaining security, and responding to guest needs professionally and efficiently. The Night Auditor plays a key part in optimising guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and supporting operational efficiency during night shifts.,
* Provide excellent customer service by warmly welcoming guests and addressing their needs.
* Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
* Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
* Maintain security by monitoring access to the hotel and ensuring guest safety.
* Communicate clearly with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage guest reservations, billing, and payments accurately.
* Prepare and submit night audit reports and other required documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
* Participate in team training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using property management systems and office software.
* Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities effectively.
