About the Role: This is a key administrative position where you’ll be supporting consultants and ensuring clients receive a smooth, high-quality service. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Handling client enquiries professionally, delivering excellent service Processing applications and transactions efficiently Liaising with financial providers to maintain seamless operations Ensuring all work complies with FCA regulations and data protection guidelines Updating and maintaining client records Assisting with office organisation, including booking meeting rooms and managing post Supporting the wider team to ensure the best possible client experience What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Expereince working in a simialr Financial Services firm (desirable) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, can-do attitude The ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure Great communication skills - written and verbal A professional, personable approach A willingness to learn and develop within the financial services sector What’s in It for You?
