Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage electrical teams on site, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems in large-scale education and healthcare projects. Ensure compliance with all electrical regulations, health and safety standards, and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and support to electrical staff, ensuring optimal performance. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and resolving any issues promptly. Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a strong background in managing electrical installations on large education and healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high levels of productivity and safety. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, etc.) and a valid ECS card. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
