Membership Consultant: Department: Membership Reports to : Gloria Upton Hours: 40hrs includes weekends/varying shift pattern Key Objectives: To increase the number of new members on a month-by-month basis To increase the overall number of members through retention To meet Sales and Retention kpi’s collectively through team work To deliver an excellent customer experience every time To enhance an already very successful Team Key Tasks: To develop and implement campaigns to recruit new members To tour and sign-up new members To utilize Ez runner to identify and contact web/phone/walk-in enquiries To be able to run reports in software with complete accuracy. To run reports to identify new joiners for all vital info incl source Customer Service; Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to member concerns Come up with ideas to enhance member journey and ways to communicate with members Must Haves: Previous industry experience in fitness and sales Great communication skills, spoken as well as written Proficient in microsoft Great work ethic and able to work to deadlines & targets Be motivated & motivational Team player but also be able to work autonomously
