The post holder will work with and influence key stakeholders across the organisation and will be expected to ensure the Trust meets its responsibilities under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, Health and Care Act 2022, and other core legislation. The post holder is also responsible for leading the Trust's compliance with the NHS England Core Standards for EPRR.
The post holder will be the Trust representative across NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICS, working with partner organisations to coordinate activity and provide assurance on the integrity of shared emergency plans and preparedness. The post holder will manage and support the implementation of significant integrated working projects around EPRR, applying agreed programme and performance methodology.
This is a key role in ensuring the positive reputation of the Trust to deliver on its statutory EPRR responsibilities and will need to work closely with senior teams across the Trust. The post holder will act as a specialist advisory resource for the Trust.
