The Role: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support students' academic and emotional development. Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic student progress. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster resilience and independence. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with students with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs (desirable but not essential). A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with strong behaviour management skills. A commitment to student well-being and the ability to build positive relationships.
