HCB Widdows Mason is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic property team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property transactions and provide expert legal advice to our clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising clients on various aspects of commercial property law, including leases, sales, acquisitions, and development agreements.
* Managing a busy caseload and ensuring all matters are handled accurately and efficiently.
* Conducting legal research and due diligence to support clients in their transactions.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
* Providing guidance on compliance with regulations and legislation affecting commercial property.
* Supporting the team with business development initiatives and client networking opportunities.
* Maintaining accurate records and managing case management systems.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with at NQ - 2years PQE however we are more than happy to speak with someone with more experience.
* Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and related legal requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
* Experience in developing client relationships and business development activities is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
