Reablement Support Worker Care at Home
Location: Community (Office based at Ascot House, Ascot Avenue, Sale, M33 4GT)
Salary range: £25,183 - £27,269 pro rata with 9% uplift for unsociable hours.
Working hours: Part time, 35 hours a week, a combination of both days and evening shifts working flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

About the Role
Care at Home is a short-term reablement service and our goal is to support our service users to continue to live independently in their own homes. You will support service users in their own homes with personal care tasks, meal preparation and medication. Your remit will be to promote independence and personal centered care at all times.
You will undertake all training courses as required and perform all tasks conducive to the role.
This role is community based and we support people throughout the borough of Trafford; therefore, you will be required to drive and have access to your own car.

Flexibility will be required in this role.
You will be paid a 9% unsociable hours uplift for working unsociable hours, evenings/weekends.
An enhanced DBS check with children/adults barred list check will be required.
