The purpose of the Admin Officer First Contact Team is to assist claimants to make their clam to benefit to help provide support on benefit claims. In addition to face to face interactions they will use a range of channels with emphasis on the digital service to support claimants and their families to become financially dependent through work. **Please know full attendance on a 5 week mandatory training course will be required with no leave permitted during this period. This training will involve at least one day of travel to another office.**
5 GCSEs including Maths and English is required
