Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Work alongside teachers to support the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons. Provide individual or small group assistance to students requiring extra support. Help prepare and organise classroom materials and learning resources. Encourage positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs. Participate in school-wide activities, trips, and events as needed. Requirements: To excel as a Teaching Assistant, you will need: Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role. A genuine desire to work with children and help them succeed academically and personally. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude to overcome challenges. Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred but not mandatory).
