Bridgewater High School in Warrington, Cheshire is seeking a dynamic and visionary KS4 Coordinator for P.E. to lead the delivery of AQA PE theory curriculum for KS4 students and oversee delivery of the KS4 core curriculum.

As the KS4 Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our P.E department alongside the Head of Faculty and play a critical role in the overall success of our school.

The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone to:
* Lead the delivery of AQA PE theory curriculum for KS4 students.
* Oversee the delivery of the KS4 core curriculum
* Coordinate and manage the collation of practical evidence for assessments.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet AQA standards.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive PE program.
* Stay updated with the latest developments in PE education and AQA requirements.
* The successful candidate should be able to run and attend after school enrichment.
You will be passionate about your subject and have a strong commitment to student success. The ideal candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Physical Education. You will also have proven experience in teaching PE at KS4 level with a strong knowledge of AQA PE curriculum and assessment requirements.
You should possess excellent organisational and communication skills with an ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
