This role will play a pivotal part in driving our marketing initiatives, providing high-level support to our Marketing Manager to deliver efficient, innovative, and professional campaigns that align with our business objectives.
We are seeking a candidate who ideally has experience in marketing and working within a fast-paced and results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while becoming an integral and invaluable part of our team.
This is a full-time office-based position in the centre of Chester working Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.

The Role
Responsibilities:
* Create efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Organise and oversee advertising and communication campaigns across various channels including social media.
* Conduct research to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition.
* Report on the progress and critically evaluate the success of each campaign.
* Co-ordinate marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
* Create content for websites, blogs, posts and campaigns.
* Liaise with third parties to build and maintain relationships to achieve business objectives.
* Represent the company at networking events, building strong relationships and fostering opportunities to enhance our brand presence and industry connections.
Skills:
* Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, including Microsoft Teams.
