Territory Manager
The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager to join a team dedicated to improving diabetes care and awareness. This full-time, permanent position focuses on managing an assigned territory that includes South Wales, Gloucestershire, and Herefordshire. You will work with healthcare professionals in both Primary and Secondary Care settings, promoting a variety of market leading Diabetes products, growing sales, and building lasting relationships.
As a Territory Manager, your responsibilities include:
1. Gaining new product distribution and supporting existing customers in the field.
2. Developing local strategies to navigate NHS reimbursement challenges.
3. Building relationships with Nurse Practitioners, Diabetes Specialist Nurses, Clinicians, and Pharmacists, ensuring recommendations at every level.
4. Spending at least 80% of your time engaging directly with prospects and customers.
5. Attending conferences and exhibitions to promote products and gather market insights.
Requirements: To excel in the Territory Manager role, you should have:
6. A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in biomedical or biological sciences (or similar).
7. At least two years of sales experience
8. Diabetes products knowledge and services is a bonus.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various healthcare levels.
