Providing focused support to individuals or small groups of students who need extra help. Monitoring student progress, offering feedback, and celebrating their achievements. Assisting with classroom management to foster a calm, productive environment. Promoting an inclusive culture where every child feels empowered and valued. What We’re Looking For: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. Experience in a school environment, ideally with a focus on supporting children’s learning.
