Blanchards Law is a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years of demonstrable experience in family law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a varied and complex caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process, and ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
• Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and legal acumen.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs, and providing clear communication throughout the legal process.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective client service.
• Contribute to the growth of the family law practice through business development initiatives, networking, and fostering relationships within the legal community.
• Stay informed about changes in family law, precedents, and legislation, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality of legal services provided.
Key Qualifications:
• Qualified Solicitor: Admitted to the Roll with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in family law.
• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in handling a diverse range of family law cases, showcasing a deep understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures.
