We are recruiting a Permanent Team Manager for Preston & South Ribble Disability Day Services, the work base will determined but there will be a requirement to work across both services.
The role will involve working as part of the dedicated and skilled management team providing opportunities and support for adults with learning disabilities to live the lives they want.
The role will involve motivating, leading and working directly alongside the staff teams to ensure effective support to the people who use the service, their families / carers and other professionals.
The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a learning disability and will have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference and developing the service.
