Role: Service Chef - FED 313, Gloucester Rd, BS7 8PE
Key Responsibilities
As a service chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of a busy service kitchen cooking fresh breakfast & brunch products to order and working in a small team to ensure delivery to the highest standard. Post holder will be working with 2 or 3 prep chefs on duty, managing prep lists, stock management, ordering and opening and closing the kitchen.
1. Ensure all breakfast and brunch based products are made consistently and in accordance with FED standards and specs.
2. Exemplify confidence in working within a small kitchen team to deliver quality products prepared consistently to our standard.
3. Ideally candidates will be looking to assist in the development of the menu working alongside our senior management team to deliver fresh and seasonal specials.
4. Ideally candidates will be looking to develop leadership skills to progress into a leadership role exemplifying fantastic organisation, communication,and people management skills with a passion for driving quality whilst contributing to the seasonal menu changes.
5. Confident in working in a busy environment on service exemplifying effective management, clear and concise communication working with a calm demeanour .
