About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to assist the Compliance Team with the management of Building Services including Asbestos & Gas services across the Council’s diverse portfolio of housing stock. In this role you will ensure the Council maintains 100% compliance in respect of Asbestos and Gas Safety management and will assist customers and colleagues with varying needs and services requirements.
About You:
You will be responsible for identifying potential compliance issues with the view to reporting these to the Asbestos Safety Manager. You will also keep the Council’s compliance software up to date. The ideal candidate shall be a good communicator with demonstrable knowledge and experience of maintaining and updating databases.
