Order Processor - Harpenden HQ Mon-Fri (1 day wfh post-probation) The role requires a technically skilled individual with strong process adherence who can quickly solve problems without compromising standards. Excellent communication at all levels and the ability to prioritise and deliver tasks under pressure are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel is crucial for success in this multifaceted role. Core Responsibilities / Experience Required: Provide first point support to the wider UK sales team Order processing; on time order processing in line with distributor requirements Delivery Processing; processing delivery notifications in a timely manner Complaint management and review CRM updating, training and problem solving Daily telephone communication with the wider UK team Adhoc duties as required Further Details: £25,000 to 30,000 base salary You will be provided with structured and comprehensive on the job training.
