The Opportunity: We are looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Telecoms Service Engineer with a passion for field operations. You will be joining a genuine industry leader and be instrumental in providing on-site support and installation services across the London area and various parts of the UK. Skills and Experience: Experience with networking, copper and fibre cabling (preferred). Proficiency in hardware installation and troubleshooting. Comfortable working at heights and using tools like cable cutters and crimps. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team as and when required. Full UK Driving Licence (some travel by flight/train covered by expenses). Role and Responsibilities: Prepared to travel to perform site surveys and install Network, Server and Wi-Fi hardware in the Greater London area. On-site support at the client premises and Data Centres. Technical remote-working and providing break-fix support. Network infrastructure cabling and Data Centre patching. Participate in an on-call rota (one week in every four) to assist with 24/7 nationwide support.
