You do not need any experience as we provide full training, with our in-house trainer who has firsthand experience as a Care Professional.
Job Description
Care Professional Benefits:
* Excellent pay rates: from £13.00 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates.

* Minimum 1 hour calls: We are different from other care companies and organisations by spending a minimum of 1 hour per client visits to ensure they receive the best possible care.
* Refer a friend scheme: If you refer a friend to work with us, you'll receive a bonus if they stay within the role for 3 months +.
* Mileage and travel time: Up to 45p per mile.

Care Professional duties and responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
* Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
* Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
* Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping.
* Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
* Prompting medication.
* Fostering a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity.
* Building meaningful relationships and engaging in social activities with clients.
