Description Job Description Are you passionate about data and its power to drive positive change? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data and Improvement Assistant to join our team at OSCR (Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator). In this role, you will work closely with the Data and Improvement Officer to analyse charity and casework data, helping to shape OSCR’s regulatory activities and thematic research. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring transparency and efficiency within Scotland’s charity sector. Responsibilities Responsibilities Analysing and interpreting data to support decision-making and reporting. Managing internal and external data requests with accuracy and efficiency. Assisting in the production of reports and insights that inform OSCR’s regulatory work. Providing support and cover to administrative colleagues across the organisation. Qualifications Success Profile Success profiles are specific to each job and they include the mix of skills, experience and behaviours candidates will be assessed on. Technical/Professional Skills: Competence in the use of Microsoft Excel to analyse and present data. Behaviours: Changing and improving – Level 1. Communicating and influencing - Level 1. We work in a hybrid environment, with our office based in Dundee and the flexibility to work remotely while attending the office at least two days per week.
