As a Waiter/Waitress in the Guest Relations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a truly unforgettable experience whilst at the retreat; this will be a varied role where you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in all aspects of the business operation. You will be the first point of contact for all guests on site and will set the tone for a truly unique experience, so a natural flare and passion for hospitality is a must.
Responsibilities will include working with the Food & Beverage Manager, and the wider hospitality team to deliver an unrivalled experience, including but not limited to:
1. Following set procedures and schedule for the service of food and drink across the array of services offered to guests
2. Develop a full working knowledge of the F&B function, understanding the products on offer and making recommendations to guests
3. Up sell and recommend items and experiences on offer at the resort
4. Ensure all F&B areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
5. Deliver and exceptional level of service at all times
Package
6. Salaries starting from £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
7. Opportunities to achieve a 10% bonus with agreed KPI’s
8. 37.5 hour working week

What’s involved?
Our client is building something special; a Luxury Wellness Resort spanning one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, boasting their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional stay, tending to their needs so they can really relax and enjoy themselves in the beautiful surroundings. You will become an expert in understanding the F&B operation on site and will be the first point of contact for guests providing recommendations and delivering exceptional service.
This role will suit an experienced waiter/waitress who is ready to showcase their passion for hospitality and their dedication to delivering unrivalled service. Strong knowledge and experience serving and preparing wine and/or coffee is desired, as well as a strong background working in the hospitality industry.
