As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Intuit Mailchimp, you'll be the technical backbone of our sales, partner, and commercial customer-facing teams, empowering them to win and retain high-value customers. You'll be the go-to expert on our platform, capable of translating complex technical requirements and robust features into solutions that address customer needs. You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to ensure they have the deep product knowledge needed to showcase the value of Mailchimp to both prospects and existing clients.

Responsibilities
Next Level Help & Supportability:
1. Act as the foremost subject matter expert, providing in-depth platform knowledge and technical guidance to internal teams.
2. Answer complex platform functionality questions to help Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships teams navigate client interactions.
3. Serve as a technical escalation point for resolving critical client issues.
Customer Consultations:
1. Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities to internal teams and prospective clients to solve real-world business challenges.
2. Strong ability to identify and analyze customer needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
3. Conduct detailed feature walkthroughs and deep dives to educate internal teams.
4. Offer specialized guidance on configuring and implementing our custom tools to meet specific business outcomes and industry-specific best practices.
5. Share insights and best practices to help internal teams and customers maximize their success with the platform.
Sales Enablement:
1. Partner with Sales to bring technical expertise into prospective client engagements, ensuring accurate representation of product capabilities and how they align with the ambitions of the prospect's business.
2. Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to anticipate and meet customer requirements by recommending appropriate solutions.
3. Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by providing expert input on the technical functionality of our products.
Collaboration & Feedback:
1. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide qualitative feedback and inform product feedback loops.
2. Shape future acquisition and retention initiatives by sharing insights gained from customer interactions.
