The Role:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce NAE to manage Ocado and work within the eCommerce Team within the UK&I Structure. With in the UK eCommerce Team we look after Amazon, Ocado & all Pure Play accounts.
With the right dedicated individual, we will help define & support the right approach & maximize our Ecommerce ambitions. This role is an integral part of the Ecommerce Transformation agenda overall.
The role will have full accountability and responsibility over the Ocado account. This includes all day-to-day activities in account management from NPD & promotion loading to full JBP negotiation planning. There is also opportunity for Amazon exposure to support & accelerate sales.
Accountabilities:
1. Define the Ocado Strategy – bring in the customer knowledge and understanding of what is needed. Drive the agenda to ensure everyone is aware of what’s needed to grow faster.
2. Make an impact – You will create a compelling customer plans for Ocado and translate the brand strategy into execution. Work cross functionally to make things happen.
3. Track performance within the Ocado data dashboard and bring the updates back to the Ecommerce Team in line with the KPIs set.
4. Collaborate with supply chain to maximise availability and meet forecast goals. Ensure we deliver our forecast goals, service level and availability.
5. Get stuck in - You will need to flex your day to day focus to support critical needs of the business as we grow. You’re not afraid to work on the nuts and bolts of the account (new line forms, promo submission, invoice matching) as well as leading and negotiating the strategy to hit your account targets.
6. Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple resources, priorities, and deliverables to tight deadlines. Able to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organisation and understanding different perspectives.

7. Prior account management required
8. Understanding of the retail, media & digital landscape
9. Competent in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint demonstrating the use of analysis to develop plans
10. Experienced in tracking and reporting on brand and commercial performance preferred.
11. Strong Communicator/Influencer – demonstrates some experience in influencing immediate stake holders internally and externally at same level and above with aptitude in storytelling, presentation writing and delivery.
12. Knowledge of how a P&L and trade term mechanics work is important
13. Experience working to product launch and executing Marketing toolbox/ plans
