We are looking to recruit for a HR Co-Oridinator position based at our Head office in Coventry on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Onboarding:
* Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
* Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
* HR Administration:
* Manage and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
* Prepare and issue HR documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and employment updates.
* Provide administrative support for payroll processes.
* Appraisals and Check-ins:
* Coordinate regular employee appraisals and check-ins, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up.
* Support managers in preparing for appraisals by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
* Track completion of appraisals and follow through on agreed actions.
* Employee Relations & Engagement:
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing advice on company policies and procedures.
* Assist in resolving employee concerns or escalating them as needed.
* Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and culture.
* Training & Development:
* Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
* Assist in identifying employee development needs and supporting learning initiatives.
* Single Central Register Maintenance:
* Maintain and update the Single Central Register (SCR), ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and safeguarding requirements.
* Conduct regular audits of the SCR to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Compliance:
* Ensure the company remains compliant with employment law, safeguarding policies, and HR best practices.
* Support internal and external audits by providing required HR documentation.
