We pride ourselves on providing high quality signage products. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Sign Maker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting edge technology in a creative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and train a small team, ensuring smooth production processes and producing quality signage.
Production Oversight: Supervise the end to end sign making process, from design to delivery, ensuring precision and excellence.
Equipment Management: Operate and oversee advanced sign-making equipment, including:
* CNC Router
* Laser engravers
* Large format roll and flatbed printers
* Vinyl Plotters
Quality Control: Ensure every sign produced meets Timpson high standards.
Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realised.
Required Skills and Expertise:
At least 2 years of experience in the sign industry, including supervisory experience.
Software: Proficient in the following design and production software:
* Adobe Illustrator
* CorelDRAW
* V-Carve
* Photoshop
Technical Skills: Hands on experience with laser engraving and operating CNC router, large format printing equipment (both roll and flatbed) and vinyl plotters.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage production workflows and being able to keep in service times.
Attention to Detail: Strong quality control skills with the ability to catch and rectify errors early in the process.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
