As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and
thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.
Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily
limited to):
* Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
* Supporting the head chef
and sous chef in their daily tasks
* Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen
skill level permitting.
* Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and
organizing deliveries.
* Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices particular attention to
allergens.
* Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
