Senior Sales Stylist – Lichfield

Hours: Part-Time (including weekends)
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Stylist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll be leading by example, ensuring every customer receives a luxury shopping experience, while also driving sales and motivating the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
2. Supporting the team in hitting sales targets and growing customer loyalty.
3. Driving sales and ensuring smooth store operations in the absence of senior management.
4. Managing visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect our luxury brands.
5. Handling transactions, cashing up, and ensuring operational efficiency.
6. Holding keys to the store and managing opening/closing procedures.
7. Helping to foster strong community connections through events and outreach.
