Position: Performance Manager
Location: Lancashire/Burnley
Salary: £32,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
2. Assist with performance and compliance of FM services across all schools.
3. Manage helpdesk jobs through to closure.
4. Produce monthly and annual service reports.
5. Perform data collation and trend analysis.
6. Handle and resolve customer issues.
7. Conduct internal audits and management safety visits.
8. Act as on-call duty manager as needed.
9. Assist in completing contractual documentation (JERPs, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Service Delivery Plans, Education Manual, Business Continuity Plan).
10. Manage CAFM performance monitoring tools and asset management.
11. Report incidents and accidents (AIMS).
12. Manage ad-hoc issues as required.
13. Attend and assist in end-user/client meetings, ensuring timely delivery of actions.
Requirements:
1. Good understanding of FM industry standards and compliance.
2. Previous experience in a client-focused or service-based environment.
3. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Working knowledge of CAFM systems.
5. Strong communication, customer care skills and organisational skills.
6. A full UK Driving License.
