An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Mountfields Lodge Primary School on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work as part of our caring and enthusiastic team at one of the most important parts of the school day. This role will be Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 12pm to 1.05pm, 5 days per week, during term time only.
As Midday Supervisor you will be expected to help supervise the children at lunchtime, ensuring the children are eating and playing in a safe, friendly environment. The post holder will be expected to lead games and interact with the children, whilst modelling excellent communication skills at all times.
We are looking for a calming individual who recognises the power of play and who has a positive attitude. This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to gain experience working in a school environment.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be a compassionate staff member who possesses the invaluable skill of actively listening to children’s concerns and problems.
2. Have the natural ability to build positive relationships with children, enjoy playing games, and create a fun and engaging environment.

5. Be kind and have a caring nature, and be able to assist with practical aspects like managing water bottles and lunch boxes.
